Procedures for Responding to Survey Requests


1: Receive/Confirm the Survey Request

Once the requester completes the survey request, you will receive an email notification. Click [Confirm Survey] in the email body to go to the survey details screen and review the request details. Check the "Deadline," "Notes," "Survey Form," and "Survey Files," then proceed to the response.

  1. Confirm receipt of the survey request email.
  2. Click the [Confirm Survey] link in the email body or log in directly to Resilire to navigate to the survey details side panel.

If the "Survey Form" and "Survey Files" were not configured when the survey request was created, these items will not be displayed on the survey details screen.

2: Respond to the survey request

Click the button in the upper-right corner of the survey details screen to submit your response. Since the response method varies depending on the survey request type, create a response for each type.

Additionally, once your response is complete, the requesting company’s user will receive an email notification confirming completion.

Responding to the "Survey Form"

  1. Click [Respond to Survey Form] in the upper-right corner of the survey details side panel to proceed to the response screen.

  2. Create your response and click [Go to Confirmation Screen] at the bottom of the screen to proceed to the confirmation screen.

  3. Review your responses. If everything is correct, click [Submit] at the bottom of the screen to complete the submission. An email notification will be sent to the submitter at the requesting company.
