When weather warnings, earthquakes, power outages, risk news, or other incidents occur, a survey response email will be sent to the registered email address.
Click “Answer the influence status” to begin the survey.
A list of sites that may have been affected will be displayed. Check the sites you wish to report on and click the “Answer all at once” button to proceed to the next screen.
You can select multiple sites. To respond for all displayed sites, check the box at the top (next to “Sites” in the image) to select all displayed sites at once.

After confirming that the sites you are about to report on are correct, select “Is production affected?” and “Is logistics affected?” according to the situation.
Once both production impact and logistics impact are selected, the final survey response status will be determined automatically based on your selections.
Because the survey response status is determined automatically, respondents do not need to select or change the status manually. If you want to change the status, review your selections on the production impact and logistics impact selections before submitting your response.
